We had an overall pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a beautiful beachfront view. Most of the staff were warm and helpful throughout our visit, which added to the relaxing experience.
The only downside was the front desk—while not unfriendly, they were quite rigid when it came to late check-out requests, which felt a bit inflexible considering the otherwise welcoming vibe of the hotel. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.
