It has been a terrible experience with the personal specially Tobi who is supposed to be helpful in the reception or not, I never new since he seams to be be so bother by being asked for help while I was trying to check in, I was about to just look for another place to stay where someone can actually help with the registration process. They have a machine to do self check in, however I didn’t have internet connection at that time so he was on his phone and avoiding me at all so I never thought he was the one who was supposed the help. Until I asked him if he knew if there was someone who can help me and the he said with what I need help and then I said with my check in please so finally he ask for my passport and gave me the room key. I felt like being for a place to stay after paid for it. It was just unbelievable.
I have been travel my whole life and I never leave a bad review but I was traveling with my mom and my nice and the feeling was really bad.
