My partner and I stayed here for two nights (24–26 April) as part of our religious visit to Ayodhya. The hotel serves its purpose as a comfortable base, but a few things need attention before it can be called a polished experience. On the positive side, the location works well for pilgrims, and breakfast was genuinely good — well-stocked and tasty. The junior staff throughout the property were clearly trying their best and deserve credit for their efforts. However, lunch service at the restaurant was disappointing. While the ground-level staff were making an effort, the supervisors were largely absent and did not engage with guests at all — a missed opportunity to address concerns in real time. Room service was also notably slow. A bigger issue for us was the state of the common areas. The lobby sofas and dining hall chair cushions were visibly stained, which does not reflect well on a hotel at this price point. The property, overall, needs a round of maintenance and attention to detail. Would we recommend it? With reservations. If you're visiting Ayodhya and want a reasonably located hotel, it works — but management needs to step up, especially around service standards and upkeep.
