Super Unterkunft, gut gelegen, leckeres Frühstück. Sogar einen Cassowary mit Baby habrn wir gesehen, der mit seinem Baby durch den Garten marschierte :) wir kommen wieder!

The Wilderness Lodge is the perfect accommodation in the Daintree — you’re immersed in the rainforest with all the comforts of a nice room. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and the staff (especially Sasha) were so nice and helpful! There’s no wifi in the cabins but that makes the nature immersion all the better!

I recently stayed at the Daintree Wilderness Lodge and have to say that it quickly became one of my favorite locations while on a two week journey though Australia. Not only are you immersed in the middle of the rainforest, but you have some of the best staff around with some great recommendations. I look forward to returning to the lodge again, hopefully soon!

Beautiful grounds, the cabins had wonderful touches. The bathroom was modern yet earthy to fit into the surrounding theme of a rainforest cabin. The breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend this lodge.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of the Daintree. Very close to all activities - ice-cream place, wildlife centre, Thorton and Cape Tribulation beaches and the numerous boardwalks. We were lucky enough to see two cassowaries, and a dusky-rat kangaroo. If you are eating there at night, we highly recommend the wild caught Barramundi. ( I loved it so much I had it 3 nights in a row.) It is superb. Thanks to owner Liv and her team for making us feel so welcome at her lovely place to escape the rat race and go off grid and find yourself. Highly recommended.

Forest Oasis!

Hidden gem in the Daintree, individual cabins immersed in the rainforest. Onsite restaurant serving surprisingly good grub given the remote location! Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Fabulous base from which to explore the Daintree. Great Barrier Reef easily accessible from nearby Cape Tribulation.
