Few days before arrival I tried to contact the hotel to enquire about the airport transfer. Unfortunately nobody answered so we had to take an Uber Other than that, the staff was very pleasant, room was spacious and good quality. Bathroom finish could have been better but nothing major. Great airport hotel if shuttle instructions fixed

All was great apart from the written instructions for the pickup point at JKIA being incorrect, causing me to miss the shuttle but the hotel then sent a pick-up v fast. Another guest had the same experience last week, so there was ample time to update and correct the instructions sent to guests.
