In summary:
Day 1 on arrival: the trash in the bathroom was full from previous guest and no toilet paper in bathroom. Called front desk and the girl came and took out trash and brought toilet paper.
Day 1 (few hrs later): I go to take a shower. Shower gel bottle totally empty (fine, I brought my own) and the shower was clogged (pic for reference). Called again and same girl came but with a different attitude this time (annoyed). I asked if someone could come from maintenance since my aunt needed to also shower and I did not expect her to do so on top of my dirty water. She said no one could help until next day, which I found impossible to believe. It was only about 7p. I asked for a different room, she said they were full. I asked again how they can run a full hotel without anybody from maintenance for an emergency. She got mad. I got mad. I told her to leave the room and contacted Hotels.com.
Day 2: I tried talking to the manager in the morning. Literally no help. She was defensive and took her employee's side because I was rude to the rude/not-at
-all helpful employee. They didnt even offer an apology or a free breakfast. Nothing. Their costumer service is the worst and they DO NOT care.
Day 2 (at night): My earring fell on floor so when I picked up I noticed all the dirt under my bed (pic for reference).
Good location but for the price, find a cleaner, nicer hotel where you can shower for more than 1 minute so you dont drown.
