Very central, 10 mins walk from the railway station, old fashioned charm, my room at the front could have been noisy but everything shuts at 2300 in Luzern so it gets quiet. Did me fine for 4 nights.

This place was great as a solo traveler. Easy to find. Bus stop right out front that takes you directly to the train station, old quarter or Kriens to visit Mt. Pilatus. Great location. Clean and convenient!

Very convenient location to center of Lucerne - we were able to walk to all areas of interest to us. Wifi connection process was very cumbersome and we need to ask for help from the front desk staff. Room did have some dustballs on the floor in the corner and under chairs and desk.

I really liked the first room that I stayed in. It was clean & spacious! But then the second room that I have booked was little smaller and it wasn't bad until I smelled the pillow and blanket. It smelled like wet tower that haven't been dried. Other than that, rest wad okay. Overall nice place to stay and close to restaurants and groceries and lake.

It is very conveniently located if you are a tourist with Swiss Pass. Train station is less than 10 mins walk and schedules are on the dot! Shopping places are waking distance too! Safe area!
