Hubo un fallo técnico para abrir la puerta de la planta donde estaba nuestra habitación, y el personal del hotel nos mareó buscando una llave oculta que no aparecía. En vez de venir a ayudarnos, decidieron tenernos buscando la llave manual. Para esto no pagamos.
