We chose this cottage due to its location in Appledore and that it's dog friendly. We stayed in Apple Tree cottage. It was a lovely surprise to see what lay behind the No 5 door. The cottage was clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi. TV with Net Flix etc.Nice bathroom with bath and shower. It is close to all the amenities Appledore has to offer. It is an ideal base to discover North Devon, which is beautiful. The garden space is shared with the other cottages. Each cottage has access to garden furniture and space. The garden is dog safe. Our bedroom overlooked the beer garden to The Royal Pub. We weren't disturbed by noise. There is no private parking. We parked on the Quay without issue or charges. It potentially could be an issue during busy holidays.There are chargeable parking areas in the village. You are provided with clear instructions and recommendations by the host.
