After a sleepless night we checked out and forfeited what we’d paid for the second night. The room was spartan and uncomfortable, the bed was hard and crammed into an alcove so that anyone next to the wall wouldn’t be able to get out without climbing over the other person. The “kitchenette “ was two dirty electric coils, a microwave and a small refrigerator without a door handle. The “cabinets “ were mostly just doors glued in place, and there were no utensils, pans or dishes. Who travels with those? The road outside was noisy most of the night, and people started running up and down the stairs next to our room about 5 AM. The evening before there were groups of people smoking outside the room because the “butt cans” were there. All in all, a disaster. The EconoLodge we stayed in the next night was a big step up! I wish I could get my money back!
