I had an ok stay, but I found it hard to believe this was a 9.8/10 on aggregate reviews. The mattress and pillows weren't that clean, the shower was missing body wash, there was a hole in the ceiling of the shower as well. The stools in the room look like they haven't been upgraded in 15+ years, and there was no way to turn off the AC unit in my room. The room also didn't have a clean place to sit, only on the bed and the really old stool, and I had paid for a "business suite". It was really hard to find an outlet, none convenient by the countertop and none by the bed, but randomly there was one in the ceiling, and I had to charge devices by the TV. There is a window inside the room that faces a shaft which I guess is for ventilation or something, but the window only has frosting on it so if your neighbor turns their light on it shines through the shaft and into your room. Lastly, the entire alley outside the hotel doesn't smell great. Had to wait inside the hotel for an Uber just to avoid the smell. Overall ok stay for the price but needs to fix a few things.
