It's not a hotel. It's a private bedroom with bathroom in a building. What I mean with this is you have your own acces code to open the building door, then go upstairs and there you find the bedrooms. Like a hotel, but with no reception, no restaurant nor cafeteria. Breakfast not included. The plus side is that it is very well located. Five minute walk to Piazzale Roma (bus stops) and ten minute walk to Santa Lucia train station. The personnel was nice. The only downside I consider writing about is the noise. There are two bars that are open late night downstairs, in the next door building. So if you have a light sleep, you may want to use ear plugs, as you can hear all the conversation, laughter and screaming coming from there. We stayed here mid-March, so it wasn't a very busy season, but still there were a few groups of people passing by (walking down the street) late night, from 12-2am, and again, you can hear all the conversation, laughter and screaming. It didn't bother us much because from all the walking we did, we were very tired to not fall asleep. Nevertheless, the windows are double layered and you also have the venetian windows to seal the light and some noise too. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.
