We arrived on time, we completed the check in form but were not given any codes to access our room.
We contacted the OYO 24/7 check-in help desk and they were no help, they asked us to contact Hotels.com. When attempting to contact Hotels.com there was no visible number and I was speaking to a robot/AI system that just continued to send me the same information I already had.
I am yet to find a way of contacting Hotels.com, and am yet to receive any money back.
OYO were no help and continued to repeat the same phrase time and time again.
If anybody see's this, think twice before booking anywhere related to OYO.
