Wow what a hotel and more importantly all the staff who were absolutely amazing, so polite and professional from the housekeeping staff, all the bar staff and all levels of management, they are like a family. I had such a relaxing time here full stop the bed was super comfortable and I appreciated the strong higher conditioning after a long day in the heat. There in house restaurant served delicious food. The pool area was just awesome, enjoy drinks from there bar counter and enjoy the lot can't be explained in words. Great great stay.

I had a great time at Diva Patong Hotel. The pool side bar and lounge area had such a chill out vibe, perfect for unwinding after beach day. Cocktails were affordable and tasty and the lounge music created the great atmosphere. The staff was helpful with tour bookings and local tips too.

My partner and i loved using Hotel Diva Patong as our base for exploring Phuket. The friendly staff was helped us book tours and activities,from elephant trekking to island hopping. The Hotel's central location made it easy to get around and explore all that Phuket has to offer.

I recently stayed at Diva Patong Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and the bed was nice, allowing a restful sleep. Very good cleaning, guest friendly hotel. The food is delicious with menu on sea food, Thai as well as Indian food. It is at convenient location too.

The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making check in a breeze. My room was tastefully decorated, was impeccable clean and surprisingly cozy. The hotel is central location was a definite plus for exploring nearby attractions. it is wonderful option in budget. It was stay with a touch of comfort and friendly service.

I booked 5 nights to see how it was .i had to book another 5 nights because it was so nice. The price of our stay was a bargain i would've paid double to stay here. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff .the staff will help you in anyway possible. The owner manager is an amazing man he is so helpful and friendly. Nice cheap priced food they could charge more and i would still be happy. This hotel is a gem 💎

Hôtel négligé dans un état pitoyable, mauvais état des meubles et des sols ainsi que des fenêtres , évacuation de la douche non existante, toilettes dans la douche, débit de l’eau très faible Hôtel à fuir et excessivement cher

La chambre n’était pas propre : les draps et taie d’oreiller étaient tachés ; il y avait des taches dans la baignoire ; le frigo était sale ; la piscine était sale. La climatisation ne s’arrêtait pas malgré qu’on la mettait en off. L’hôtel a besoin d’une entière rénovation. Le vis-à-vis ressemblait à un bidonville. On ne se sentait pas en sécurité.

This is not a “new” hotel. It is under new name and owner. There are two buildings are both for the same hotel. We requested a room away from the streets and traffic noise. We switched rooms and at the end it was still very noise, could hardly sleep. The hotel needs a reno. The staff are friendly and the bed is comfy.

Le problème c'est posé sur le nettoyage des chambres qui n'a l'air d'être fait qu'à la demande même si vous laissez l'écriteau de le faire. Par contre un jeune employé a bien fait son job sur un problème de coffre.

Not good

Me and my friend stayed here 2 nights. We got very different rooms even though we ordered the same, mine was significantly better. The pool was disgusting, I could literally not see the bottom of it because there was some garbage in it, but they didn’t seem to worry about that. The “gym” was 4 spinning bikes that were at least 20 years old. The pictures are real but the property have severely fallen out of shape since they were taken, they have to be at least 5 years old with no maintenance. The pool tables were out of order. The bar was shut down, and I’m very glad I didn’t order breakfast because we saw a rat there when we walked past.
