Front desk girl was super courteous and knowledgeable, and gave some great tips on things to do. Server at breakfast was also super sweet and gave some great tips on things to do nearby. My only complaint is that if you ask for something outside of the scope of what is their normal routine - you may get some deer-in-the-headlights stares, like "that doesn't compute". The akward silence I received after asking to sit by the window during breakfast was a little confusing, but it all worked out in the end.
The Speakeasy on the lower level was great, loved the bartenders, and the whole set up. Drinks were delicous. We had reservations on Open Table (which I strongly recommend), but arrived a little bit late due to coming from the airport, so the kitchen was closed unfortunately and we missed out on trying their food menu.
Room was super clean, and comfortable.
