Palazzo Cartari is in a great location. The entire staff from front office, housekeeping to food and beverage are wonderful. The restaurant is known for the service and especially, the tasty food. Thanks to all of the staff for your hospitality!!! Also, thanks for scheduling my transportation with Enrico.

Very clean and modern in central location by many attractions within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay and would go back. Great restaurant in hotel.

Room was great, albeit weird with a shower right next to bed. Staff excellent and very helpful. Spa is well worth it (especially after a few hours walking the city). Good central location.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in Palermo. In the old section of town and close to all the “must see” attractions. The staff at the hotel is first rate. Always available, professional, efficient and courteous.

Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out. A nice, smaller hotel that had a variety of rooms to accommodate the five adults in our group. And the breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Cannot say enough good things about our stay here.

Staff was wonderful and rooms were very sizable. We had a jacuzzi and sauna in our room, and a private patio.

Upgraded us to a suite & it was very nice . I’m a nice quiet safe location , but walkable to everything.

Avoid this hotel. The staff was very rude and disappointing. The breakfast was underwhelming. There were armed security/police outside across from the entrance 24 hours a day. This area was near many restaurants and shopping but clearly the need for armed guards outside hotel shows it is not a safe place to stay. Palermo was a dump, trash everywhere on streets and walkways. This hotel was a horrible place to stay with male staff member being rude. Place was a dump.

This is a newly renovated property just steps from all of the major attractions of Palermo. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great. The room was large and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

Outstanding staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Extremely helpful and friendly. Alessandra, Silvio and others whose names we don’t remember, they were so very friendly, that we would love to come back. As a minimum we would recommend this place to our family members and friends.

Lovely hotel, but no thank you to Palermo…

This is a lovely hotel in Palermo. But sadly, we were very underwhelmed with the gritty city of Palermo. Staying at the lovely hotel saved us. Staff was wonderful and we enjoy a dinner at their little restaurant.
