Perfect spot for a family trip. The kids loved playing in the spring behind the property and the property is close enough for a day trip to Garner State Park.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of this property , the cabin we stayed had a beautiful view , the hostess was really helpful and made us feel at home , will be booking again before summers end for sure ! With more time to explore the local restaurants our children love garner state parks its only 8 to 9 miles away from this location .

It was a clean and cute little cabin. We wished the TV was in the main area instead of just one of the bedrooms. We had a cabin by the spring but really couldn’t see the creek because of the brush blocking it— probably could be trimmed down. Also wished there was a fan on the back porch. Overall a good location with nice swimming pool nearby.

The cabin is nice and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds are comfortable. The patio off the cabin is nice with a grill and fire pit and lights at night if you want them. The property is peaceful and relaxing and has a pool. Our host was great and even delivered firewood to our cabin so we could roast marshmallows. We enjoyed the swings and watching deer. We were there to float the river and liked that it’s only 10 minutes to Garner state park. Recommend!

I've been going to concan for years now. This was a last minute trip and found this location I feel by accident but it was a great accident. Kids enjoyed it. The cabin was nice and clean and relaxing. Love the THANK YOU smores treat that was left there for us. This may be a go-to from now on. Thank you

The Springs of Leakey is a great option for comfort and home style accommodations for a few days or extended stays. Families could definitely enjoy reunions, weddings or other gatherings with the benefits of onsite pool as well as access to the natural elements of spring fed swimming and outdoor facilities.

We loved our stay at The Springs Retreat in Leakey! The two-bedroom cabin was beautiful inside, very well furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The property is immaculate — the pool area and creek access are amazing, and the grounds are kept in spotless condition. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay — highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean cabin with a wonderful view of the river. The host was just a gem. We booked a last minute reservation right in the middle of them setting up for their staff Christmas Party. Suzy kindly stopped setting up and ensured we were able to get to our room. I was extremely impressed with everything and will certainly be back when I come back to the area.
