i have read that elevators are an issue but did not realize its such a big issue ... normally wait is about 10 minutes which is acceptable. but i am not exaggerating ... on day of check out, i waited for the elevator on 28th floor at 11:55 and i did not get on an elevator until 12:40. i have 2 friends with me who are not very mobile; if not we would have been very willing to take the stairs. there are a total of 3 buildings, with 36 floors ... 2 elevators for floors 16-36 in each building ... for some reasons, they closed down elevators for building b, so there are only 4 elevators (2 in building A and 2 in building C) servicing all 3 buildings for floors 16-36 when people are checking in and out that day. each time an elevator actually stopped on 28th floor, its packed, and you might be able to squeeze one person in ... that is understandable, but what irks me and is exasperating is elevators sometimes do not stop at all, it totally bypasses the 28th floor ... and to make matters worse, cleaning services also use same elevators with their equipments and all ... making it harder to try to squeeze on an elevator that finally makes its appearance on the 28th floor ... i strongly recommend management takes a serious look at this elevator issue and correct it as i have to say, it makes a very bad ending to my otherwise pleasant relaxing vung tau trip
