The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit I stayed is in good condition, spacious and clean.
But the staff, from check in, dining through check out... may need more training as any of them cannot answer guest's stardard queries, example : member's benefit, check out time, extra charge even early check out at 8:45am.
Staffs at the restaurant also cannot response to queries, like what is the fish / soup of the day, or how many pieces of nugget in a dish etc. They would first to answer "i don't know" immediately, until we insisted to check with the chef.
