Today 12th of August Room 343 : The cleaning people did not clean my room, for 2 times this week and no fresh towels, no fresh blankets ... What kind of 4* hotel is this ? I informed reception but the staff does not care for my problem, they look at me with quite arrogant eyes, as if this is only my problem and not her´s. This is not the right behaviour for this situation, and certainly not professionel. Please train your cleaning people because they do this on purpose, they laugh with me in the corridor, and also train your reception staff. They should take my complaints serious, I dont believe that the management is aware of this kind of bad services.
