Terrible experience. Stayed with daughter to convalesce from surgery. Heating broken, no lights in main bedroom/en-suite or sitting room. TV faulty, dishwasher broken with smelly waste. Security chain on front door broken, carbon monoxide alarm not working freezing Cold. Flat info not correct for entry or services. Phone to report Stay Beyond team kept promising that maintenance were coming but they never turned up. Asked to be moved but offered accommodation and hour away which wasn't possible post surgery. Agreed that if I purchased heaters I would be reimbursed. Still fighting for reimbursement. Please don't use this flat
