Hôtel dans la périphérie d'Alexandrie, un peu isolé mais au calme. Très grand complexe très bien tenu. Rien à redire pour un séjour professionnel.

It’s a nice place to stay I encountered noisy atmosphere because the hotel had a tournament of kids from certain schools. Otherwise the hotel is pretty nice but needs a car or Taxi for transport to downtown

Big room, pools for adults and kids. Breakfast buffet is okay. But some items like falafel, eggs, oatmeal, salads had no seasoning and seemed reheated. Dinner buffet should be at a 3 star hotel NOT 5 STARS as it had no flavor and was reheated. Sushi tasted old and flavorless. When I complained the food and beverage manager didnt compensate me for the 2200 pounds i paid for the less than average buffets. He just gave me pizza that I didn't order and fruits. The pizza was just dough, cheese and large pieces of chicken that gave me diarrhea the next morning. This hotel should be rated 3 stars NOT 5 SYARS

Our experience at this hotel was perfect. This hotel is located in Alex west which is just the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was great too and had all the amenities that we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Alexandria.

The hotel is excellent! The rooms were clean and well equipped, the staff was friendly and super helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing! Don’t forget to check out the pool. Definitely recommend it!!!

I traveled with my family. We arrived late just before midnight. It was really tricky to find the hotel even with 3 brand of gps (35mn kept turning around the area). A lot of construction around it will make almost impossible to access. The room was not ready to accommodate 4 of us, even though we booked for 4. I asked for a second room so the kids can sleep straight away and the manager tried to sell it double the price. At the end I had to book it in a rush with Expedia before midnight at $116, when it was on their website at 70. And the manager kept asking for 150 !!! Finally the manager was so rude that he pretended to give the kids free breakfast while I booked the first room with breakfast for the 4 of us. There is a lot of construction just next to the hotel as they are extending so do not expect to wake up late.

المشكله في المواصلات ، اوبر لايعمل هناك والاسعار التي يقدمها ) (الفندق خياليه (مثال لاذهب للمدينه للاسكندريه طلبوا ٣٠٠٠ جنيه ذهاب فقط مع ان كل طريقي من القاهره للفندق كلفني ١٥٠٠ بسياره حديثه ومكيفه . لقد بقينا محجرزين في الفندق اربع ايام لم ارى الشارع فيهم . اذا لم تمتلك سياره تحت تصرفك ستكون التجربه سيئه لقد جئت من السويد للاسكندريه ول ارى الا بابا الفندق وهذا احزنني جدا . . بوفيه الطعام الفطور والعشاء متنوع ولطيف . المسابح نظيفه وجميله جدا مشكله اخرى هي الناموس على الرغم من حرصي الشديد لعدم فتح باب التراس ابدا الا اني وطفلي تعبنا من قرص الناموس وذهبنا للعيادات مباشره بعد خروجنا من الفندق .

NICE BUT 1 HOUR OUTSIDE OF TOWN

The hotel is a long way outside of Alexandria near a huge petrochemical plant. It is also quite hard to find the entrance unless you know to stop at the guarded gate with no signs. Also Uber to get there is cheap but taxi to get back, Uber is not allowed past the gate, is 3x the Uber cost. Then they offered us a “private tour for 750EGP vs 350 for the taxi but it was only 3 hours and used up one hour just getting back to town and the driver did not speak English so it was not a tour just a car and driver.

My stay was very good. HOTEL was very clean and the genaral staff was very very nice and helpful. The only two staff members that were not helpful were one of the receptionist lady that I asked her where can i get some change for a 100 pound bill and where can I exchange some US dollars and she (rudely) answered me (I don't know). An answer that should never come out of a receptionist of a reputable Hotel like Radisson blu. Same answer came from the concierge on the counter next to the reception area. I got the change i need and the information for where to exchange currency from the Most friendly face in this Hotel.(The restaurant manager during breakfast) Also the Kids pool was closed.
