This hotel deserves no more than one star. The only reason I gave more is because the guards are helpful, polite and sincere. They were alert and neat.
Only one waitstaff (the lady with the short hair) was fantastic.
Breakfast was meh, and barely changes daily. Dining area is tight with no sound insulation so noise is amplified.
The waiting area is so tight and gets packed while waiting.
The elevators are so slow and narrow. They should employ an odd even scheme so that even when events are booked, the wait times dont get so terrible. Staff - especially bellophs - should not use the guest elevators, only the service elevator.
The concierge / front desk clerks are very poorly trained. Only 1 lady was sweet anpleasant. Lordwin was very contentious - always saying no. He worsened every situation by always airily stating the hotel has a hundred bookings. That is so rude and unprofessional. Guests dont need to know that useless bit.
That is not even a great number for a large hotel chain; so not an excuse to be inefficient. Lordwin also looks unkempt.
The guard was actually better at de-escalating problems by apologising and trying to remedy.
No amenities at all in the room. There is filtered water, a couple of plates, mugs and glasses, bigger than usual ref and a microwave. However, there are no hand / face towels, toothbrush, cotton buds and other basics.
The floor mat gets swept away by the shower door.
