Otele kendi aracımızla gittik. Otelin yan sokağında araç park yeri var. otel gayet temiz, sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe. çok merkezi bir konumda. çalışanlar saygılı temizlik konusunda da her gün odamızı toplandı.

ウルギュップの中心地

立地はとても良いです。朝食はトルコらしいものですが、オムレツを焼いてくれます。部屋はスタンダードなので、洞窟っぽくないですが、窓から見える景色が素敵でした。上に登る階段が古くなっていて、壊れないか不安でした。バスタブがないお風呂で、水漏れがあったのが、少し残念でした。

Great Hotel and Staff!

As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and comfortable staying at Cappadocia Palace Hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect with many restaurants and cafes, atm machines, gift shops, and supermarket nearby. My room was great and loved it, although it wasn't a cave room. The room is clean and spacious, I can even have my yoga excercises in the room. In addition, the staff are friendly, nice, and they helped me arranging my Cappadocia tours. I really enjoyed my staying at the hotel and highly recommend people to stay at Cappadocia Palace hotel if they visit Cappadocia.

O Hotel Cappadocia fica no centro da cidade de Urgup a 9km de Goreme e 20km Nevsehir. O Hotel é bem antigo como todos da Cappadocia, tem um farto café da manha, mas o que mais foi o atendimento, atenção e gentileza do pessoal da recpeção. Yasin, Yusuf e Bekir gostamos muito, o atendimento de vocês é nota 10.

Amazing stay and welcoming hosts

we spent 6 nights at Cappadocia Palace Hotel in Urgup. This cozy and charming hotel offers an incredible service to its guests and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful that they make you feel at home and part of their families. we booked all our guided tours and activities with them directly over there and everything was so well coordinated by them, at fair prices. A special thank you to Bekir, one of our hosts who took his own time to introduce us to Turkish culture, which is amazing!! our room was nice and very clean and the hotel is in the best location in the city, walking distance from most restaurants. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next stay in Cappadocia.

Riktigt bra!

Fantastiskt mysigt hotell med utmärkt läge i Ürgüp. Lätt att hitta från bussterminalen (otogar), fint hus med mysig matsal, rena och bekväma rum och en jättefin trädgård där man kan sitta och ta det lugnt. God frukost och snabb internetuppkoppling, städning och toalettartiklar. Personalen rekommenderade några jättebra guidade turer och man fick hjälp med allt man behövde, de talar väldigt bra engelska och är supertrevliga och serviceinriktade. Kommer definitivt åka tillbaka och rekommendera det till vänner och bekanta, det var en jättetrevlig vistelse!

２日滞在しましたが室内の施設、ホテルの従業員の方々の対応、ロケーションなどこの値段であれば十分満足の行くものでした。早朝バスでの到着でチェックインまでどうしようかと思いましたが同じ料金で8:30から利用させてもらえました。唯一の不満は２階の部屋だったためかwifiの電波がギリギリで時々繋がらなくなったことです。

Conveniently located, comfortable

The room was clean and quiet. TV reception was not good. The hotel is perfectly located in town. The reception area and breakfast/break area are large and visitors can meet after their tours and exchange stories.

Excellent conditions for this price

A nice hotel offering clean rooms. The regular rooms are small and, therefore, they are not furnished with wardrobes... Bathroom is relatively small; shower cabin is narrower than your home cabin. However, if you need a special room for your honeymoon, make sure to book a higher class room, there are just four of them. Overall, the hotel is very romantic. Room walls are made of stone blocks, not painted. High wooden ceilings and wooden floors.

Wonderful stay, but a few reasons holding it back.

A really historic place -- a renovated Greek Orthodox church and grounds converted into a hotel. While I would love to go back there, I hope they fix the Wi-Fi so it works in the rooms not just the lobby. I also hope that they are able to keep the smokers on one end of the hotel and not mixed with the nonsmoking rooms--the smoke easily drafts from room to room.

Unique experience

The inside of this old monastery had a unique quality of old Turkey, and cave dwelling. The breakfast room was like eating in a church. The employees were very friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is walking distance to town. The area around the hotel looked like a construction site however, so not very inviting. Also, no elevator or handrails, so not appropriate for travellers with children, handicapped, or otherwise unable to climb steep stairs.

Great service at this hotel

The hotel arranged for my shuttle to and from the Kayseri airport and booked my tours. They were helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the bus station, post office and other places. The real charm for this hotel is the people. They were awesome. The value for the price was great!
