We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had nice amenities. Loved the safety of the building. Great location as well, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions.

Centrally located, public transit not far and multiple food options. The apartment was clean and accurate to the listing. Only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because the wifi wasn't working for a few days during our stay. Communication with the host was pretty quick albeit a little confusing at first. I would definitely book again but I would maybe recommend bringing pillows as the ones provided were a bit stiff.

Check-in was easy and host responded quickly. Apartment was clean and secure. It was well stocked with lots of cutlery and it was comfortable. Portable A/C was available but it was noisy, they had provided earplugs to counter that. The WiFi unfortunately was not fast enough to have video calls which was annoying as I was working remotely and had lots of video meetings. I had booked this apartment specifically to be comfortable while working away. The apartment unfortunately did not have many supermarkets with fresh cooking ingredients nearby. There were only convenience stores with frozen food and packaged foods - I wanted to cook meals at the apartment but didn’t find the fresh ingredients I wanted. The hosts were responsive however, I had requested for a flickering lightbulb to be changed on my 2nd day of my stay and they did not change it despite acknowledging it. For the price I paid, I don’t think it was good value with the stated issues. A shame because the building is lovely.

It was perfect and close to Climate Pledge arena about 4-5 minutes by car which perfect and what we were in the area to do. Beautiful little apartment and felt very safe security wise.

Perfect Getaway

The suite lived up to expectation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The venue was in easy walking distance of Seattle enter with Space Needle and many attractions. Also only a short walk to Waterfront. There is an indoor pool , a gym and a communal lounge. For us it was ideal vacation spot.

The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with kitchen fully equipped to make a meal, (groceries only needed) Nice very large screen TV; Balcony overlooked lovely garden courtyard on 3rd level below. Nice common area with games, puzzles, books; very nice gym (which I had all to myself); (did not find time for hot tub/pool)

This by far is the way to go! Why stay in a room when you can have everything as if you are at home! Note: When you check out, you are asked to leave parking pass & keys w/fob on the kitchen counter…..So FIRST Take car out of garage and then simply ask for an access code to the elevator from your host. AND YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY.

The accommodations were fantastic, I wish I could've stayed longer. The only criticism I have is about the communication between parties. I felt like there was information I was supposed to receive sooner that made the check in process a little more tedious but other than that, all good!

The location was ideal for me — I was doing a residency at a nearby university, and free parking was a nice plus. Beyond that, the place was just okay, with nothing particularly remarkable about it. A few things to flag for future guests: The check-in process was more cumbersome than most rentals I’ve stayed at, including very specific arrival time requirements. I understand this ties to the building’s security standards, but it’s worth knowing going in. The rental terms also come with a long list of potential fees. I understand wanting to keep things organized, but it’s excessive to the point that you become paranoid about making a mistake during your stay. I happened to visit during two unusually hot days — not typical for the Pacific Northwest, but with the warmer trend this year, AC matters more than it used to. The unit only has a portable AC that exhausts out the bedroom window. It’s not very effective, and because it’s confined to the bedroom, the living room stays uncomfortably hot. Unless you’re directly in front of the vent, you don’t feel much. A couple of smaller notes: the 3-in-1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner had an off odor — I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries. The kitchen has the basics but was out of olive oil during my stay. Overall, I’d think twice before booking here again and plan to be more thorough when choosing my next rental.

Property was in a good location and felt close to a lot of the tourist attractions. Check in/check out was a bit confusing. I was contacted by two different people with instructions. I would be told to contact the other person if one of them couldn’t answer my question. Communication took longer than expected. Parking is easy and accessible. They have cameras everywhere so if you don’t wait for the garage to close they will charge you a big fee. It was an ok stay overall.

Not worth the hassle, go to a real hotel instead.

Checking in was a nightmare, first you have to upload a picture of your passport, a headshot, a picture of your credit card, authorize your credit card, etc. Then the day of arrival, we received an email saying we had to schedule an exact time of arrival with a greeter. When our plans changed and we tried to update this, they gave us a hard time (good luck if you're flight is delayed) and there is the threat of a fine, if you are late. There are also threats of fines if you don't take a shower before going in the pool, or you don't watch the garage door go down. You have to watch it go down so you don't let any tweekers people in, there are a lot in this area and they are very active, especially at night. There are a lot of rules, I mean a lot! We were like afraid to use anything because we didn't want fines. They charge a mandatory cleaning fee, but there was a used bandaid on the bathroom floor. They want you to go barefoot inside but the carpets are all stained. Overall, for the price, just go to a hotel, it'll be a much more inviting stay.
