Solo trek, only on the island for 3 days, hotel on app had not informed that the restaurant side to the hotel was closed, reopened from Easter (not good as breakfast was included in the price of the booking) no other option was offered. Feel at peak season this hotel does give good service, but out of season is far less than the 9.5 award they set their standards at, these standards should be a constant all year round performance, not half year, very bad set up. My room nice, but the air con was broken so little heater in the room also a broken toilet seat, as l was only there for 3 nights l coped, but had my stay been any longer l would for sure be moving elsewhere hotel wise due the the above factors. No staff on site, so of a safety wise not very, again have the feeling at peak season this place is a hub place to go, but a no go out of season find this very bad business for a hotel that rates its self high on a awarded scale, very poor performance, the staff member who meet me on my arrival very helpful, but my last day leaving no one there, l find this very bad service should always greet and a fear well to the customer, not to have this as a many goal to start is bad practice, on this scale l would give my stay at the hotel a zero mark, just not right practice to give a goodbye to your guests staying at your hotel.
