They gave us the wrong code and we couldn't enter the house. It had nothing to do with the photos. We couldn't stay at the hotel and yet they didn't refund us.

I liked the spaciousness of the room, the good airconditioning, shower and wifi. It was a little bit of a puzzle to get in the first time, but when we got used to it, it was not difficult and felt safe. Good communication via Whatsapp. Space to store luggage was unclear. Nice and convenient location. Not too noisy, although sometimes a base tone from a nearby restaurant terrace could be heard.

I didn't checked in as I didn't feel safe to stay there.I had trouble getting inside the building with my luggage, as you need to pass a door and a gate in a short amount of time, which is not easy when you are carring a bag. Then I had issues with one of the lockers, accessed their chat and they replied with information I already had and saying if I still had issues to let them know that someone would help me. I did and asked if there was anything else I could do, after that I did not get a reply, not sure if it was technical issue, but the fact no one replied made me feel frustraded. So I booked a hotel, with a proper desk where people can help me when needed. Also the amount of gates and passcodes are supposed to make guests to feel safe, they just made me anxious. Like the city or neighborhood was not safe. Prabably my mistake for not realizing this was a short term rental property not a hotel,

The communication from the host was outstanding: prompt replies to questions and excellent advice regarding places to see, restaurants to try etc. The room was lovely - as a solo traveller it felt safe and secure. It was perfectly situated for shopping, eating out, thermal baths and sightseeing. Will definitely be back again for another visit!

We had a great stay! The accomodation is in the city center where you can reach everything by walking. Near to the river and to shopping and eating stores. In the evening / at night it gets a little bit noisy if the room is on the street side, due to some restaurants on the ground floor. But overall we really enjoyed our stay :)

Great location right in the center. Close to everything and all the main food places. The room was nice and clean and cosy. Great black out curtains for blocking out day light too. The host is brilliant with instructions and communication.
