I came to the Kololi sand on the 23rd of November the room that I have been put in has no water so I have to go for 24 hours cannot take any shower or to floss the toilet I asked them to move me to another room which I have to pay extra in this room for 23 days of staying there I couldn’t take a proper shower because it’s blocked and the water will come into my bedroom and into my sitting room for 23 days. I have to suffer with this after the 23 days of extend my stay they told me they was going to put me in a cheaper apartment but still they have charged me the same amount I was paying in the room before and in this room. I have no electricity for three days all distance. I have a video evidence if you guys need the evidence. I came to the Gambia to get peace of mind and to rest, but this experience . Made more hardship and headache every single day it is a new problem. You’ve got my email if you need any of this evidence I will be gladly sending all of it to you. This need to be improved thank you and I will ask for my refund as well, they refuse to give me a toilet paper when they move me into this room
