The room had a great view and balcony to enjoy a morning cup of tea. Staff were always available to help as needed and the food was good. I loved the location as it was quiet, further down the beach from some of the busier spots. But also close enough to walk to another beach bar. It has a nice pool area and we were able to rent a scooter on site. I would stay again.

Very large room with the most amazing view of the bay from the spacious balcony. Absolutely amazingly friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The resort had a family feel to it. Beautiful little touches everywhere you looked.Highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. This is in a very secluded location and quiet. The manager arranged transport for us to get around. The happy hour was great. The accommodation is good value for money and the staff want to ensure guests are happy and comfortable.

The resort is on a remote portion of the beach where the water is very shallow and there are next to no waves. The beach and pool area are beautiful. The resort is per the photos. The only drawback to this resort is that it is very isolated from other shops and restaurants.

Thank you Melon (Tangmo) for helping us in our stay. The rest of the staff are not as helpful. Breakfast is basic and cold. Beautiful room with nice view but comes with a steep, uneven steps with no shops near by. Taxi advisable for all travel.

The property is on a cliff and has a beautiful view of the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel if you don’t want to pay the rates of a four or five star hotel.

“Mee” and her staff were amazing! Beautiful views from the property and were so helpful with organizing day trips, ferry rides, and scooters to rent delivered to the hotel. Completely hassle free and ensured a pleasant stay and experience. Highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a little off the beaten path and requires walking a few hundred metres to the nearest main road. Thank you Mee for an amazing stay!

Unexpected great stay

Overall much better than expected. The dtaff really went out if their way to jake my stay as comfortable as possible. After some initial technical difficulties everything went smooth. I had a great stay - Thanks Tangmo

Our trip started badly when our booked pick up driver from Cinnamon Beach failed to show up at the airport. We got a taxi for the same price. On arrival we found, like others, we didn’t get the beach villa we booked but a penthouse 3 stories up. We ended negotiating a villa behind the beach front one. Nice but no hot water for two days so then we were moved to the villa behind that one. Nice room with an outdoor shower but air con was woeful. The room didn’t get under 27 degrees. The staff were very nice. The food was pretty good. The pool lovely. Beach was very average and you are a long walk from the town center, about 30 to 40 minutes. Wi-Fi very average! Probably better places to stay to be honest.

Un poco aislado pero con personal de gran ayuda

El hotel está bien, tiene acceso directo a la playa y una piscina pequeña. El desayuno también muy bien para ser Tailandia. El único pequeño inconveniente es la localización, no es muy accesible por la entrada principal y está en la zona rocosa al norte de Lamai Beach, por lo que tampoco es fácil moverse por la zona de la playa. Se pueden alquilar motos muy baratas para visitar otras zonas. El personal muy amable, y muy fácil contratar excursiones con ellos.
