Room clean, though one towel between 2 of us, and it had that horrid damp smell so didnt leace ua feeling clean.
Unfortunately check in staff were confused about the booking, not in diary & had to check what was available physically. Wasn't given the room I chose, should have been panoramic with large double bed & river view. Shared bathroom meant that we could hear numerous people opening & closing the door next to us and creaking along the landing.
Only 1 towel for use, no glasses in room to be able to get a drink of water, nor any bottles of water provided. Ideas definitely need updating.
The bed, pillows & duvet were comfortable. In the morning we tried to get into the main area to get breakfast at 09:45 but nothing was open and no one about. We left & drove to a cafe instead. Won't be returning the this accomodation.
