The property and rooms are lovely but unfortunately the communication was so horrendous that I would discourage anyone from staying here.
When I tried to check in I had to call and call and call the number I was given to get instructions. No one is available to help with bags or locating the apartment in the enormous complex.
I texted multiple times to ask for the wifi code- these texts were ignored for many hours. When I finally received a reply I was told to look for the router and find the code on the back.
On the first day I was informed I needed to change rooms. I packed all my bags and prepared only to be told I didn’t have to move after all.
I ended up needing to extend my stay so messaged the number to see if this would be alright. I received no reply, so I went ahead to make the booking. 5 hours later, I had still received no reply, and someone showed up informing me that I needed to leave the apartment that very second so they could move me to another unit. When I told them that wouldn’t be possible as I had a meeting and hadn’t packed, they told me they would send someone to pack my things for me… when I tried to work out another solution I was hung up on.
Avoid at all costs.
