I only seen and spoke with one person and she was the lady who took my call and checked me in. Before I got there her attitude was rude and ignorant. I would have canceled off that alone but it was non refundable. After I got to the property it was the same rude and ignorant person. It was like I was a bother to her for even being there. Like I wasn’t even a paying guest at a hotel. They also put a hold on my card at the property that was to be released after 11am checkout after housekeeping gets in and cleans your room. Which 1 is way more than what I even paid for the room and 2 a complete lie. Apparently housekeeping does not clean rooms until days after checkout. I had a bad feeling checking in so before I even left my room I made sure to take a short video and pictures before I left the room. Which shows me leaving the room, hotel and property. Because this is how the staff made me feel. Make sure you protect yourself and provide evidence. That is just insane to me that I even felt the need to do that after being a paying customer. Maybe they should stick to just running the night club downstairs because the hospitality aspect of the hotel is not for her. Or maybe replace the person running the hotel section because the staff in the bar area where all nice and amazing. I felt more like a burden than a guest and I felt the need to protect my money with video evidence. Unacceptable and there are way nicer hotels in the area with even nicer staff.
