It's really only a place to spend the night if you have to. The rooms are really tiny, and the breakfast is pretty miserable, but you can eat it. The shuttle at the airport is pretty hard to find because it's not the color shown on the website. It's white with almost no branding to let you know it's theirs.

I would not stay here if I was travelling alone, specially as a woman. I stayed one night only as I had a long flight connection and it seemed a good deal to have pick up and drop off to the airport. I got picked up by a car which did not match the description of the bus advertised, it was a red van and the guy who picked me up was an absolute creep, I genuinely thought he was going to kill me, not even being dramatic, he took me under the highway and started driving really slow and he was asking all sort of inappropriate questions. I told the night shift concierge guy which by the way was very lovely and understanding and he mentioned it was not the first time that he did that to women. I cannot believe they still employ him after so many complains, it is terrifying when you don’t even speak the language and cannot even call the police or anything as most people staying here are travellers. The room itself was clean-ish but there is noise all throughout the night so I couldn’t even sleep and quite frankly I was scared that someone might open the door. Absolute nightmare of a stay I would never stay here unless you are a group. There are better options which are similar that I think might be a better choice.

A única vantagem foi o transfer. Não pode ser considerado um hotel. É um dormitório. Apertado demais. O sanitário do banheiro tens uns 25cm de distância para a parede. Encontrei fios de cabelo no box e cigarros q algum hóspede deixou no banheiro evidenciando q não teve limpeza antes da minha entrada. Café da manhã fraquíssimo

Os quarto e banheiro são limpos mais porém pequenos fiquei em um quarto família mais não tinha muito espaço entre a cama e a beliche, outra coisa que deveriam arrumar é em questão de um estacionamento para carro que eles não tem tive de achar um estacionamento e pagar a parte em outro local do resto é bom em questão ao café da manhã não posso falar nada pq não deu tempo de tomar meu voo saiu muito cedo mais do resto tá valendo

O hotel cumpre a sua função, o problema é o banheiro minúsculo que mal dá para entrar (só tem como usar o vaso sanitário sentando de lado). O café-da-manhã deixou a desejar, tinham frutas (parte positiva) e pão sem nenhuma opção de presunto e/ou queijo. Além disso, tive uma péssima noite de sono porque fiquei no quarto 116, que era ao lado de uma sala de apoio aos funcionários, então toda hora eu ouvia tudo o que os funcionários faziam na sala. Não bastasse ser acordada pelo barulho deles às 5h da madrugada, dois funcionários acharam de bom tempo ficar fofocando na porta do meu quarto. A praticidade do transfer e a comodidade do quarto me fariam hospedar novamente SE eu ficasse em outro quarto. No mesmo quarto, não repetiria a hospedagem.

Quarto simples e pequeno mas com uma limpeza ótima. Café da manhã simples condizente com o valor da diária. Ficamos no quarto 6 sem janela ,mas com ar condicionado. Uber do Guarulhos até o hotel varia de 37 a 50 reais.Tem serviço de transfer cortesia de / para o aeroporto, mas utilizamos somente para o aeroporto.Chegamos as 04:00 da madrugada e foi útil para nós. Sugiro intercalarem os hospedes , se possivel tipo quarto 1, deixar o 2 vazio ...pois tinha um casal com filhos falando alto na madrugada e ao amanhecer as criancas correndo no corredor.Logicamente é questão de educação inerente ao hotel.

Cheguei à noite e não tive problemas para ira até o hotel com o translado oferecido. A recepção no hotel foi muito boa, com os atendentes muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto é confortável e o banheiro compartilhado estava limpo. Na saída, não pude ficar para o café da manhã, mas havia uma garrafa de café na recepção, o que ajudou a pelo menos tomar um café antes de sair. O translado do hotel para o aeroporto é agendado, de modo que garante uma vaga na van sem maiores problemas.
