Very easy check in and check out process. The room was clean and the washroom/shower were newly renovated which was lovely. I'm disappointed that the heated pool was not in service during our stay as this was something we were excited about that factored into the cost of the room.

This place was excellent! Loved staying here. Everywhere was exeptionally clean and well cared for. The pool was beautifully warm and well looked after. The only slight drawback was pool hours are 10am-9pm. It would have been lovely to use the pool first thing in the morning. There's plenty of parking. The staff were all lovely. We'll definitely book here again!!

The room was clean with a beautiful view. There was a stocked kitchenette and washroom with lots of towels and toiletries. Close to ferry with a heated swimming pool and outdoor sitting areas. There were driftwood sculptures around the property that were really cool. Close to farmers market on Saturday and grocery store. Had awesome fish and chips at Harriet Bay Inn for lunch. Delicious sangria too

All staff were friendly and accommodating! The swimming pool was WARM. It is situated overlooking the harbour. A beautiful view from our room. All kitchen and bathroom amenities were there. We were very impressed.

the only thing that was the least bit negative was the pool was warmer than I would have liked. Given that the weather was so hot it would have been more refreshing if the water was cooler. Other than that everything was great.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Couldn’t get any closer to the CR/Quadra ferry, but it wasn’t loud or noisy from the vehicles at all. The lady working there was super friendly and helpful. Our room was grear and the beds and pillows were the comfiest I’ve ever had at a hotel/resort. 11/10 recommend, we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Interesting driftwood art. Property shows sign of neglect..could be much prettier with a little more effort. Missed daily housekeeping so we were not advise need to request it via door messaging.
