    Great central location and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, warm shower and working A/C. Rooms are a little dated but everything is functioning. Breakfast can be very scarce if you come towards the end.

    If cost and location are paramount then good hotel

    You get what you pay for. Very sparse room. 'Tired' best describes it but it was clean and the restaurant downstairs served decent food. The location is fabulous with shopping and dining on your doorstep and a tram stop and all sights less than 10 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet was laughably bad.

    You get what you pay for

    It was a good value hotel above a restaurant. Pros are that it is moments from Gulhane tramstop in the heart of the tourist district; it's surprisingly quiet considering its location. Check in was slow with one of our two rooms not ready for 45 minutes. Safe was anything but (you could just pick it up) and one fridge not clean. Beds were firm and comfortable a d air con worked albeit noisy. Breakfast was very basic, coffee machine temperamental but the staff were friendly. Would we recommend? Depends entirely on your budget. If you value location and price over amenities then definitely.

    It’s a great location, and for that the hotel is a fine value. But there were some disappointing issues. There was a general lack of care and maintenance: my room was dirty with scuffs and marks on the walls, the shower was missing a drain, the common areas often smelled like cigarettes, etc. The wifi was also slow and spotty to the point where it was unusable. There might be better options in the area, even for budget travelers.

    I am a seasoned traveler in Turkey. I have been to Istanbul at least 40 times. I always stay in 3 star budget hotels in Istanbul. The Adora Hotel was my least favorite so far. One of the staff members is detached and totally uninterested in the hotel. I found him to be useless. The wall area outside a room on the 5th floor is very damaged. The rooms had no telephones. The rooms do not have a safe. I was offered a very small portable safe and I refused it. I found the breakfast to be less than average. It was just o.k. and very boring for me. The juice came from a machine, and it was not natural. The hotel staff at times kept the door open to the outside and this made no sense to me. Sometimes I could feel the cold drafty air throughout the hotel. The staff keep supplies on the 2nd floor in the hallway and this looks untidy. I wish I could say that I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I did not. The owner obviously is not interested in the property at all. This is very sad. This hotel needs better leadership and capital investment. I wish my stay had been better.

    Rommet var greit, men sengen er veldig hard. Det er også veldig lytt. Hadde rom ut i bakgården, rett ved Gulhame trikkestopp. Umulig å få sove da det skriker i bremsene på trikken og den ringer i bjella hele tiden. Trikkeholdeplassen ligger rundt en sving og det er bakke. Servicen fra Mohammed er upåklagelig - 5 stjerner til han. Ser alle klager på frokosten, så ble egentlig gledelig overrasket. Ble mye kokte egg og yoghurt med honning og tørket frukt. Hotellet ligger perfekt til med trikk rett utenfor og gangavstand til alle store severdigheter. Masse shopping og spisesteder rett utenfor døra. Jeg vil nok velge et annet hotel neste gang pga lydnivået, men plages du ikke av det hadde jeg valgt dette hotellet
    Sengen - så bedre ut enn den var. Litt for hard

    Schlechtestes Hotel überhaupt – Bloß nicht buchen! mein Aufenthalt im Adora Hotel in Istanbul war eine absolute Katastrophe. Schon am ersten Tag bekam ich ein völlig anderes Zimmer als das, was ich gebucht hatte. Der Blick aus dem Fenster fiel direkt auf einen gruseligen Friedhof – ein absoluter Schock! Als ich mich an den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wandte, war er extrem unhöflich und meinte, er könne nichts tun, bevor sein Kollege am nächsten Tag kommt. Dann zeigte er mir ein Zimmer im vierten Stock, das etwas besser war, behauptete aber, dass er auf neue Gäste warte. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich schließlich ein anderes Zimmer, doch es war alt und heruntergekommen. Die Möbel schienen seit Ewigkeiten nicht ausgetauscht worden zu sein. Der Service war miserabel, und das Personal war durchweg unfreundlich und unhöflich. Ich habe noch nie in einem so schlechten Hotel übernachtet! Das einzig Positive an diesem Hotel ist die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Sultan-Ahmed-Moschee, der Hagia Sophia, dem Topkapi-Palast und einigen anderen historischen Stätten. Aber abgesehen davon gibt es nichts Angenehmes an diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück war immerhin einigermaßen in Ordnung, aber das reicht nicht aus, um den schrecklichen Aufenthalt auszugleichen. Fazit: Auf keinen Fall buchen! Dieses Hotel wird eure Reise ruinieren!

    Ich bin überrascht wie das Hotel so eine gute Bewertung bekommen hat..unser Zimmer war so eng,dass beide Koffer nicht reinpassten,wir mussten sie aufeinander stellen.. Badezimmer war auch so eng, man bekommt schon Platzangst. Der Kleiderschrank war nur einseitig zu öffnen,da ein Kosmetikspiel davor stand..was total unnötig war.. Frühstücksbuffett,war den Umständen entsprechend ok..jedoch bin ich von den vielen besuchen in Sirkeci was anderes gewohnt. Die MA waren hilfsbereit..

    Lidt skuffende, men naboerne meget stille...

    Værelset var meget lille. Ingen stol, men to små borde. Dårlig belysning: der var én lampe på værelset og én på badeværelset. Badeværelset fungerede godt, med vand der hurtigt blev varmt - meget varmt hvis man ønskede. Det var lidt forstyrrende at armaturerne virkede omvendt. Daglig rengøring, der var rent overalt. Ingen tegn på væggelus. Havde kun tæpper de første dage, og derefter kom der én dyne. Vi havde dog ikke sagt noget. Morgenmaden var noget fantasiløs så vi spiste på caféer de fleste dage. Meget venlig betjening, men deres sprogkundskaber var ikke gode. Værelse ud til gammel gravplads hvor der afspilles qur'an hele natten.

    Al llegar nos quisieron cobrar 383€ y mi reserva era de 180€. El personal el muy joven y son agradables pero estan explotados, trabajan muchas horas. Las sabanas son cortas y no llegan, los colchones nuevos y buenos y el baño muy bien. El minibar no funciona. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones porque el bar tiene musica muy alta hasta muy tarde que impide dormir. Super bien situado

    Piccolo ed accogliente hotel nel distretto di Eminonu. Camere piccoline ma ben arredate con bagno privato moderno. Eccellente pulizia. Staff veramente simpatico e professionale. A 7 minuti a piedi dal Graan Bazar ed altre amenità. Tram e metro vicinissimi. Prezzi onesti e colazione a buffet inclusa. Consigliatissimo.

    2 des 3 chambres ne correspondaient pas à notre demande : 1 lit double au lieu de 2 lits simple. Pas de chauffage et d'eau chaude dans une chambre au 5ème étage, chambre trop chaude sur une autre(impossible à régler). Une chambre avec fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain et qui a été réparé après 3 jours de relance. . Le petit déjeuné pas terrible. Je déconseille. Ne mérite pas du tout la note de 4 qui se trouve sur le site Expedia.

    Das war das mit weitem Abstand schlechteste Hotel, das ich jemals genutzt habe. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und keineswegs zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Selbst bei unserem Check in war es nicht gesäubert worden. Und auch nicht in den folgenden Tagen. Es war überall dreckig, selbst die Bettwäsche hatte flecken. Aus dem WC kam ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch und somit stank das ganze Hotelzimmer nach Fäkalien. Selbst aus dem Waschbecken kamen Fliegen. Erst nach Aufforderung kam am 4. Tag ein Mitarbeiter auf das Zimmer um den Geruch mit Waschmittel zu neutralisieren. Frische Handtücher gab es auch immer wieder nur sporadisch nach Aufforderung. An manchen Tagen auch erst gegen Mitternacht, weil es hieß, dass noch keine frischen Handtücher geliefert wurden. Die Heizung und das Warmwasser sind für 2-3 Tage ausgefallen. Bitte nicht bei diesem Hotel buchen!!!

    The staff were good and the restaurant was quite nice however there was too much noise, you can hear doors closing and opening all day, you can also hear taps turning on and off. There is also no warm water, I had to request for a kettle to have access to warm water and was told they have no kettles. Breakfast was also included however there isnt much for offer as the breakfast included burnt tea and old bread.
