This was the first time staying at a Home2, and although there was a few hiccups along the way, the overall experience was great! We were unable to check in for over 2 hours, which forced us to wear our travel clothes to a celebration. When trying to check in at the normal time, the attendant was fairly rude about the process. The manager, Lisa, was absolutely fantastic at trying her best to rectify the situation. When we went upstairs to see family, we overheard the previous attendant mocking us to the housekeeping staff when getting off the elevator. Once we finally got into our rooms, everything was very clean and absolutely set up like a second home. The attendants at the breakfast line the next morning were very rude, but that didn't stop us from looking forward to our next adventure and stay on a Home2 room. Hopefully the staff is better at the next location. Lisa was clearly the manager for a reason, she knows her business and was very nice!
