Fiyat için uygun olarak düşünülebilir. O bölge binalar genelde biraz eski ve dar. Bize 4. katı verdiler merdivenler çok dardı. Ama otel manasında eksiği yok açıkçası. Biraz daha temizliğe özen göstermeleri uygun olur. Genel kanaat: olumlu.

Room no.4 was terrible. The toilet seat wasn’t flushing properly. The water drainage was terrible after opening the tap for 10 secs the water stays there doesn’t leave. The sink was half blocked and one of the sockets was broken and was sticking out of the wall. we dealt with it accordingly had to wait due to the water drainage problem just to take a shower. We dealt with it ourselves because it’s quite clear there’s these issues but they had not been resolved before our stay started.

It was convenient and very close to TaKSIM square about 4 minutes walk. The price was very good to what we payed. We really enjoyed the view from the fifth floor but it was so hard to climb up the stairs with languages. We were grateful for the help we got from a person who helped us to. Check in. However it hard to get clean towels daily or toilet papers when needed. We had to buy some. Luckily there is a small market right by the hotel. The check out time is listed online at 12:00pm, however the actual check out time that is listed at the hotel is 11:00 am.

We only stayed there for two nights. We would leave at 8:00 AM—before any staff had arrived—and return in the evening, by which time there was no one around to talk to. Consequently, we never had the chance to ask why the bed linens looked as if someone had already slept in them; they didn’t smell clean, and there was hair (not from a human head) on the duvet cover. There was only one towel—no separate towels for our feet or faces. The towel itself was faded, a grayish-lilac color, and covered in bleach stains. There was mold everywhere, yellow stains on the ceiling, and you’d be better off not even opening the cabinet under the sink. A streetlamp shines directly into the window; the curtains are dark, but they aren’t blackout curtains. They’re also dusty, which will definitely make you sneeze. There’s no drinking water provided in the room, so be sure to bring your own. The hairdryer doesn’t work. The air conditioner was barely functioning, though at least it provided some relief—it was quite cold at night. On the plus side, there is hot water and a pair of rubber shower slippers; you’d be terrified to step into that shower without them while sober. There are mosquitoes in the room, so bring some repellent or a similar remedy. To reiterate: staff are only present during the day. In the evening, there is simply no one to ask for an extra towel, fresh linens, or to vacuum the floor. The location is okay, but we felt a bit uneasy returning in the evening—this particular street

Don't bother

Cold water only from bathroom and kitchenette sinks. Furniture shabby. Shower went cold and even water went off halfway through one day. No facility to cook. Needs updating, dishes were dirty, kettle lid broken, toilet cistern cracked, grouting dirty. Bed and sofa were clean and comfortable though. But no change of towels or bed linen for the week I was there. Manager was friendly but when he put a curtain back on the track, he wouldn't leave. Then made me feel very uncomfortable with how he spoke to me. Not professional! Was glad to leave as its in a very rundown area, walking past prostitutes every day. Very very steep inclines! Not good for restricted mobility or suitcases. Would not recommend.

Worst Service & Most Uncomfortable Stay Ever!

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I booked, there was zero communication from the owner—no check-in instructions, no response to my messages, and absolutely no customer support. I arrived at the hotel confused, hoping for assistance, but there was no one available to help. The room was a nightmare—unclean, uncomfortable, and completely different from what was advertised. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning barely worked. The mattress was so hard and lumpy that sleeping felt impossible. Noise from the hallway and outside was unbearable, making it even worse. I barely got any rest the first night. To make things even more frustrating, the bathroom was in terrible condition—poor water pressure, leaky faucets, and stains all over. The towels provided were thin and rough, and it seemed like they hadn’t been replaced in ages. With zero response from management, I had no choice but to leave by the second day because I simply couldn’t take it anymore. Customer service was non-existent, and it felt like no one cared about the guests’ experience. This was a complete waste of money. If you value basic cleanliness, comfort, and decent service, avoid this place at all costs. I regret booking here and wish I had read more honest reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
