Dear [Hotel Manager/Customer Service],
I recently stayed at your hotel and had reserved a king-size bed for two nights. However, upon arrival, I was given a room with two beds located in the back of the building. Unfortunately, this area was very noisy, with people outside yelling, cursing, and grilling late into the night, which made it difficult to relax.
After requesting a change, I was moved to a handicapped-accessible room in the front of the building. While I appreciated the switch, the new room was also very loud, as sirens could be heard throughout the night.
Additionally, I noticed that the pictures on your website, do not accurately match the actual accommodations provided. This was disappointing, as it gave me the impression that the room would be different from what I received.
Overall, my reservation was not honored as booked, and both rooms ended up being uncomfortable due to noise and misrepresentation. I wanted to bring this to your attention and kindly ask if some form of compensation or resolution can be provided.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Regina Phillips
