Hôtel avec plage privée et 3 piscines , les chambres sont très grande et propre. Il a beaucoup d’infrastructures sportives mais malheureusement toutes sont payantes et très cher et le prix et encore plus cher si on est 4. ( paddle, tennis,..) Le mini golf est payant 50 gel 1 heures pour 2 personnes, on nous même pas un papier pour marquer les scores vu le prix de l’hôtel ce n’est pas acceptable..

We stayed in this hotel for three nights after our wedding and we could not be happier: the hotel is gorgeous, romantic and lovely, the staff friendly, the pool clean and quiet. I recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and who loves old-money style luxury.

The quality of cleaning room is alright. However, the staff is difficult. The beach is not private but public, and it is not clean. Contrary to what was advertised, this hotel deserves only three stars but certainly not five. This is a clear misleading rating.

Close to the beach of Kobuleti where is nice.

Very poor wifi though it's free. Front desk promised to deliver electrical adapter but forgot. The most funny thing is that when I came to check out to pay extra cost (rooms have been paid already online by expedia) and returned 4 keys for 2 rooms, I were invoiced to a room of other guest then the hotel called me on my way back to Tbilisi saying that l paid to a wrong room...so must to pay some discrepancies...... Seems unqualified management though the location and hardware are somehow ok.

Nice hotel in a great location, clean beach. However, this review is mainly focused on the service provided in the hotel. This hotel positions itself as a 5-star establishment, however the service is not up to a 3 star. We were traveling with family and therefore reserved 4 rooms in the hotel. At check in we were asked to provide passports for all the members of our party and the receptionist went to make copies. Being that it was a late evening and we were very tired after being on the road for the whole day, we did not notice that one of the passports was not returned. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and the passport was at the reception desk for all this time. None of the hotel representatives made any attempts to get in touch with us (knowing which room the person is staying in) to return the passport or notify us that it is still at the reception. The fact that the passport is missing was identified by us upon checking into another hotel 5 hours drive away (in Borjomi). The hotel let us check out and leave without bothering to let us know that one of the passports remains with them. I really don’t have any words to characterize this attitude (forget the level of service). Also, it should be noted that the room service is extremely poor - each time we ordered our order was messed up.

The 5 Star Hotel that lives up to it’s name.

We had an amazing 7day break at the Georgia Palace Hotel. Everything was of an excellent standard. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The hotel was very well presented and cleanliness was top notch. The food had something for everybody, Eastern, Western and anywhere in between. Our only small compliant was the poor condition of the two bicycles that we hired. We couldn’t change the height of the seats, very uncomfortable and one of the bikes had no gears or brakes.
