the person who checked me in was very rude...and when I departed they resisted giving me a receipt because she said "I already gave you one when you checked in" (which I had misplaced) as if they did not know how to RE-PRINT the receipt, plus isn't check-out is when you are SUPPOSED to get a receipt?....and finally, there were only 2 electric outlets and one of them did not work so I had to unplug stuff just to charge my phone...

The room was very clean. Not enough outlets to plug in devices. Microwave & fridge couldn’t be plugged in without unplugging the tv or single lamp. Only one hanger to hang up necessary clothes. Not even a single box of tissues. Entrance door allowed too much light during the night due to the outdoor light near the door.

The shower was the size of a shoe box. The staff was not friendly. We knew there were no Frills but there was not even a pot of coffee available in the room or in the office. Was not worth the money and felt we were overcharged for what we received.

There is no coin laundry. The staff will wash it for you, but be prepared to wait for it. I'm a thru hiker and I expected to be back on the trail by 6am. But I didn't receive my laundry until after 6:30. It totally threw off my plan for the day.

We didn't want to drive home after a late event so I was looking for something close and not to expensive just to sleep. This place was perfect, close to our event, clean, quiet and very nice staff.

Expedia/Hotels.com screwed this one up. They booked me.a room that was not available. Im sure the facility is nice and the staff we very sorry and apologetic for the mishap but there was no room available when I arrived to check-in. Since there were no other rooms available in that area for a reasonable price and that didn't require a 2 night minimum I was required to back track about 30 min to another area to find accommodations. This wasted over an hour of my day and put me further away from my destination the next morning. I cant blame the facility for selling out prior to my booking, but it should have been updated immediately and not allowed me to book a room that was not available.

It does not seem there are Kings beds despite advertising/offering of such. Room has a full and a twin and no, they cannot be pushed together. The entire room is tiny. I mean tiny. My bf knees touched shower curtain when sitting on toilet and could not shut door-tiny. We did not attempt to use shower because so small. That being said, it satisfies what we needed it for-it was inexpensive as rates go, it was clean, the AC worked well as did the tv. Honestly I’d give 2.5.
