This hotel is absolutely delightful. It is decorated in a very original way. All the rooms are themed after famous people (Hemingway, Churchill, Tolstoy, etc.), so it’s fantastic to discover many thematic objects related to each person. What we really appreciated was the hotel staff. They were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Such a lovely hotel, all positive. Brilliant location for the main square, market, shops, restaurants. Also in a very quiet location. We had 2 rooms both were spacious (one more so with really high ceilings), decorated nicely (theme of writers), kettle, tea, coffee, fridge (very useful) etc provided, heated bathroom floor. Bed was very comfortable, shower worked really well, powerful, good towels too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early too. The breakfast was amazing! -fantastic choice lovely cooked savory (eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, hash browns etc) and warm sweet pancakes, cooked meats, cheeses, croissants, fruit chopped in glasses, yogurts and much more. All really nicely presented and cooked perfectly. Excellent stay, I would highly recommend it
