Fint men støvet

Rigtig fint hotel, som ligger inde midt på øen hvilket gør at der er en del sløv/sand på udenomgivelserne. Omgivelserne omkring hotellet er trist og der lugter lidt af gylle alt efter hvordan vinden blæser. Skøn pool og terrasse.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. The suite decor and style were beautiful and the private pool, outdoor dining, and sunbathing areas were great! Nasia was very helpful at check-in and during our stay, and the daily breakfast was setup on time for us to enjoy every morning. I definitely recommend this property!

My husband & I stayed here for our honeymoon. The infinity pool, ocean views, breakfast, & breakfast service were all excellent. That said, given the hotel’s pricing & luxury branding, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The biggest disappointment was the lack of warmth toward honeymoon guests. We weren’t expecting anything extravagant, but we had hoped for some acknowledgment of such a special occasion. After mentioning our honeymoon before & during our stay, we were offered paid decoration packages featuring artificial flower petals for €250, payable only in cash. Even a handwritten note or small dessert would have made the experience feel more memorable. We also experienced some avoidable inconveniences with the airport transfer arranged through the hotel. We assumed it was a hotel-operated service, but upon arrival learned it was a local taxi requiring cash payment, forcing us to withdraw euros at the airport- not the first thing you want to do upon arrival. Our departure left a poor final impression. We were 1 min late meeting the driver because we didn’t realize we needed to settle the bill at reception, usually done online. The driver expressed frustration over the brief delay & left our final two bags for us to carry ourselves. The hotel has it pros. However, couples choosing this property for a honeymoon or other special celebration should know that it may not provide the personalized & celebratory experience travelers associate with a luxury stay.

The highlight was the different variety of delicious breakfasts we received every day. My family had a really pleasant stay in early April. The location is a few minute drive away from the super busy Fira centre. It’s quieter and spacious. Downside is you must drive, I have no experience how crazy parking is in peak season though. The reception lady was really helpful. We all looked forward to Nick sending over our lovely breakfast every morning!

My stay at Este Luxury suites was amazing! I stayed for a girls trip for my friend birthday and from the moment we checked in, we were treated amazing! There is no other place like Este Luxury Suites. The staff are so friendly and treated us like family, they were very accommodating. They helped us get food delivered, order transportation and recommended places around the island. Breakfast that was provided everyday was so good, the cleaning staff made sure the suites were very clean and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back and visit again!

Beautiful property! It's about a 25 minute walk from the super touristy downtown so pretty perfect. My only gripe would be that the gym is in bad condition. Although I know people may not care about this on vacation.

Bon hôtel à 20 min du centre

Bon hôtel à 1km du centre à pied. Il faut monter une longue pente avec des crottins de chevaux de certains endroit. Privilégier la voiture. L’hôtel est beau propre et la literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Jolie piscine non chauffé à l’extérieur. Notre suite avait du vis à vis. Les écuries sont proche donc il peut y avoir des odeurs…

Upon arrival we were wowed at the gorgeous properties and friendliness of the staff. We felt like we were at a wellness resort, as the surroundings were stunning and the robes/slippers are a fabulous touch. Having a private cave pool made it special for us. We only stayed 3 nights but if we return we will definitely hire a car. Fira is 15 minutes walk away and not too difficult to walk but you do need to cross a very busy road. Housekeeping are brilliant, reception staff are super nice and very helpful. Breakfast is quality. Beds are very comfortable and the toiletries are lovely. We were provided with water daily too, which was fab. I’ve only marked 3 star for area around property because it’s just other hotels and wouldn’t want to mislead potential guests into thinking anything else. You do need to walk towards Fira for bars/shops/supermarket/chemist etc. We would return to Este in a heartbeat.

Assez déçu pour le prix affiché. Point négatif : - la propreté laisse à désirer (trace dans les toilettes, pouf piscine extrêmement sale et pas nettoyé) - insonorisation très faible (nous entendons toutes les conversations des voisins, bébé qui pleure, chaise qui grince, le personnel qui travail) - un peu intrusif, nous prenions le petit déjeuner en terrasse quand du personnel arrivent sans bonjour ni quoi que ce soit et se mets à se poser et se parler à côté de nous sur notre terrasse ! - proximité avec les voisins avec un énorme vis à vis, vous voyez tout ce qui se passe à côté alors que le principe d’une piscine privé est d’être tranquille - trois coupure d’électricité en 3 jours de séjour ! - volets qui ne peut pas se fermer de l’intérieur ni de l’extérieur car il donne sur la terrasse des voisins… conclusion vous dormirez avec certains volets ouvert… avec la lumière.. Point positif : - petit déjeuner excellent tant quantitativement que qualitativement - très bon room service à des prix très abordables - le logement est très grand et spacieux - a 15 minutes à pieds de Fira et des bus qui peuvent vous emmener partout Bilan global : pour le prix c’est assez décevant, il y’a beaucoup mieux sur Santorin, je ne recommande pas vraiment.

Φανταστική διαμονή Πάσχα 2024

Καταπληκτικό κατάλυμα με πολύ γούστο πολύ καθαρό, φιλόξενο προσωπικό επαγγελματίες, πολύ καλό πρωινό (διαφορετικό ανά ημέρα). Υσηχη περιοχή,δίπλα στα Φηρά φανταστική θέα. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Διαμονή 3 ημερών. Θα επιστρέψουμε σύντομα. Οικογένεια 4 ατόμων.
