BEWARE. This is the most misleading listing I have ever encountered.
The photos and actual property are completely different.
Upon arrival I was immediately hit by a strong smell of cigarettes and weed dispite it advertising itself as strictly "smoke-free".
The whole environment felt unsafe in more ways than one.
The entire building and unit was low lit. The furniture was old and unstable. The leg on the bed frame was bent out and could break at any moment. AC units were old, loud, and dirty.
There was a door that let to two doors with bars and locks, but eventhough you could lock it, the handle was loose and I didn't trust it.
I left the property and trusted my gut and asked hotels.com for assistance with this matter but the property mangers couldn't be reached until the end of my trip and "nothing could be done" including holding the listing accountable for being so misleading.
In the middle of what was supposed to be my stay, the property manager sent a message less than 24 hrs notice that a couch was going to delivered. Very unprofessional. That means strangers were given the code to the unit and could enter at any moment to interrupt my stay.
Now after having done a deeper dive of research on these property managers I see that other places they have have terrible reviews.
I learned a valuable lesson and lost money. Stick with a brand name hotel or really dig deep on independent properties posing as "hotels".
