Arrived late at night and was going to visit the Grand Egyptian Museum when they opened the next morning to fly home to Sweden later in the evening. Although the hotel is located across the street and directly opposite the museum, there is no pedestrian crossing, so you have to take a taxi there. The reception helped with that and the same taxi picked up my luggage from the hotel when I was finished with the museum, so I could go directly to the airport. The hotel is fresh and breakfast is served at the top with a view of the museum and the Giza pyramids in the distance. The only downside is that rooms facing the motorway are disturbed by the noise due to poorly insulated windows, but I slept well.

The staff is excellent, from the General Manager to Youseff, Kareem, Mariam, Verena, and others. Super helpful. The shower in the bathroom didn't work well, they are aware of this and somehow they haven't been able to fix it yet. I wouldn't say this hotel is exceptional, I would give it a 8-9 and not a 10.

Really the only thing we didn't like was the restaurant nit haveing alcohol. All they need is some Egyptian wine and beer.The staff went out of there way to get wine for us though. If you are just there to visit the pyramids and the Egyptian musiums, this place is perfect. We would say again if in the area.

Mr Sammi, Mohd Saleh, Shami, Khalid, Ali and the full team at this hotel is super amazing!! Great hotel, restaurant and staff that take care of you. Great view of the pyramids from the rooftop. Restaurant has great food options and drinks. Everyone is welcoming and so gracious. Elevators work well. Very happy with this stay. Will be back. Highly recommended!!

Worst experience ever. First of, we couldn’t get a ride from another hotel to their hotel. Only from airport. So I had to Uber to Airport. Next, check in is at 2pm but room was not ready until 4pm. Room looks good I’ll give them that. But shower as no pressure at all, and the drain seems clogged. So water spread everywhere in the bathroom. Then on one day electricity cut off around 6am and never came back up until noon-ish. No noise isolation. Feels like the windows are open. I do not recommend this hotel. And I will never come back

En general muy bien, aunque hubo detalles pequeños, el telefono no funcionaba y al necesitar un destapador no tenian disponible. Aun asi una muy grata estancia. La comida del restaurante muy buena, el desayuno excelente y el servicio del personal de restaurante al desayuno es impecable. Esta justo enfrente del nuevo museo egipcio pero no se puede llegar caminando! Tomenlo en cuenta, hay una enorme avenida que no tiene peatonal para cruzar. La vista desde la terraza es preciosa con las piramides de fondo. Algo invaluable es que incluyen el pickup de aeropuerto. Con gusto regresaria a hospedarme con ellos.

The rooms and beds are very modern, cleana nd nice. BUt it is right on a major highway with thin windows, so all night I could hear trucks, horns and eventually the call to prayer. Cut my visit short after one night and moved to another hotel. Also, the new GEM is "across the street" but the street is a highway...you need a ride. Hotel offered $30 round trip. Uber did it for anout $1.25 each way. To the airport? Hotel quoted $50. Uber was less than $10.

Bon court séjour

Rooftop avec vue sur les pyramides. Il faut un Uber pour pouvoir bouger car rien à proximité. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bien avec des plats bons et un services top. La propreté de la chambre est moyenne. Les draps et les serviettes avaient des taches. Les draps housses très fin on voyait le matelas à travers. La salle de de bain très moderne et propre. L’insonorisation est à revoir que ce soit vers l’extérieur que l’intérieur.

The staff and personnel at the property were pleasant, respectful and immediately responded to any needs or concerns. The location was very close to The Great Pyramids of Giza with a clear view from the rooftop restaurant! Room (quadruple) was suitable for a family of four; even though the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Restaurant night captain and staff were exceptional!!

Good accommodations and the roof top restaurant has a great view of GEM and a few pyramids. Booked here because website states 3 min walk to the GEM. However GEM is across Cairo Road, 2 lanes of traffic and concrete barriers. Advised to use their shuttle for $10 each way. We did. Uber probably cheaper. Shuttle from airport was free but $25 to return. We Uber'ed for about $9.
