They give customers zero reason to leave the resort. Several restaurants/bars on site, spa, pool, gym, bikes, activities, etc. Food was decent and easily accessible, but nothing to rave about.
My number one complaint is that they DO NOT tell you when you check-in that you'll be charged for the valet parking (no free parking options on site, or easily accessible nearby), and every time you request your vehicle, you'll be charged. Nor do they tell you that there is an automatic 20% gratuity added on to every meal, service, etc.
My second complaint, the pool is LOUD, all day long (live DJ). It would be very nice to have a quiet, relaxing pool option, as well as the "party" pool. The resort is certainly large enough to accommodate this.
Third (somewhat minor) complaint: called the front desk at least 6 times during our stay to request bottles of water (complimentary), shampoo and conditioner (complimentary), etc. Not one time did anyone ever bring the items we requested. They took the call and said somone would bring the items shortly, but never did anyone show up. I ended up having to go to the front desk to get what we needed.
