The start of the whole stay was a nightmare. Owner contacted me to offer an early check-in which he approved at noon that day. My family and I arrived to the property and then were told we couldn’t check in early after all. We waited out front of the property for 2 hours. Once 3pm arrived the cleaner was still there. When we entered the home she hadn’t even started cleaning the floors or kitchen. My family and I sat in the living room for half an hour with the cleaner still there “finishing” the cleaning which was more like rush cleaning instead. The cleaner asked us to leave the living room while she finished the living room and kitchen. The start of it all and the communication with the home owner were very poor. Would not recommend this home to anyone. The cleaning fan was missing and the dishes were not clean which I had to take care of myself. Never once did the owner even apologize for the inconvenience much less offer to reimburse us for the cleaning fee he charges 24 before checking in. I would like to request a refund for the cleaning fee if possible. Our stay was not a pleasant one at all since the very start. The parking situation was also not explained well at all. There was car ports we could’ve parked our car to make unloading and loading a lot easier but both spots were being occupied by two other vehicles. The owners communication was very delayed and poor as well. I gave up on all communication after the 1st night there.
