Me and my wife stayed here for one night to go and see a concert at the O2. Overall it was satisfactory.
There is parking out front but it is limited, I was fortunate enough to get the only available space both times I had to park up, which is good but had me concerned there might not be space. I think there may be alternate/extra parking somewhere around the back though.
The staff were very nice and helpful, and overall the place looked very presentable and in good spirits. The hallways were a bit of a maze however and involved a lot of tricky stairs. It's very clearly an old building with a less than ideal design, but nothing deal breaking.
The room, the bed, and the bathroom were all fine overall, it was unfortunately very warm throughout however. Even on a mildly sunny day, and after returning at midnight from a gig, having left the window open a crack, it was still very warm in our room.
There is a decent oscillating fan attached to the wall, but if fan noise and creaks from it rotating are likely to keep you up, it may not be useful for sleep. Leaving the window open was also an issue as our room was at the front of the building facing the main road. Even closed a decent amount of road noise could be heard come the morning.
Aside from the heat the room was comfortable, and the food on offer looked very good too.
If visiting the O2 it's certainly well priced for the area, and getting to and from the venue (after prime traffic time at least) took 10 mins by car.
