Check in was fine but the room faced the street, the afternoon sun, and was oppressively hot. It must have been 80 degrees in the room with no air conditioner. There was a fan and I could open the window to get a breeze, but with the open window the street noise made it too loud to sleep. Traffic noise, emergency services sirens, people talking coming back from the pub, etc. If you pull down the shade to keep out the street light, it also blocks the slight breeze. I left the shade up to maximize the breeze but woke up to pigeons, YES PIGEONS, flying in and out of the room and roosting on top of the furniture. What the heck?
