Town n Country
Not much to look at but was a great surprise at how clean the rooms were. All we needed was a place to lay our heads while visiting overnight our grandchild at SIUE. Great value for the money. Continental breakfast provided, but there is a Cracker Barrel catty corner from it. Also a Taco Bell and a fantastic little place for smoked bbq. Plus a dispensary right around the corner.

Clean and inexpensive
Inexpensive and clean. That's all I cared about so it did a great job for me. It was quiet at night. No problems whatsoever would stay again.

The staff were very friendly at check in and check out. My issue was the room was hot when we arrived, so we adjusted the temp and left for a few hours, then the air would go from comfortable to hot to cold, the bed was extremely firm and the pillows were very flat, my husband and i didn't sleep great since we prefer a softer mattress and fluffy pillows. Overall it wasn't a bad stay and the price was good. We had a couple spiders and dead bugs randomly in the room so i knocked the cleanliness down because bugs freak me out. Ultimately one night no big deal, lots of gas stations and food options near by, very convenient to get into st louis without the high price of staying in the city. But not somewhere I'd want to stay more than one night.

Clean, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. TV, fridge, microwave. Simple breakfast and coffee in the morning. Basic accommodations at a good price, that's all I needed. Would stay there again.

Good Price, Comfort But Could be Cleaner
Good price point and comfortable bed, with fridge and microwave. While living area surfaces appeared clean and floor tile not visibly dirty, bare feet get dirty. Bath floor needed swept better. Paint flaking off of shower surround and tub.

The hotel is more of a motel, the doors lead to outside and not a hallway. The bed was clean but the room couldve done with a more through cleanc there was lots of dust around the bed and wall edges and a sweet had fallen down the back of the headboard and hadnt been found by the cleaners. The area was quiet but theres not much around as its on an intersection. Theres a bar/casino type building in the same lot but you have to drive 5mins to the other side of the intersection to find gas and food outlets like wendys, mcdonalds, jack in the box. Its not the worst place ive ever stayed and its definitely not dirty dirty, I would stay again if ever I was in the area and in a pinch, I prefer my room doors to lead to a clean corridor not a parking lot where any tom, dick and harry can just walk past the bedroom window.

Scammers
HORRIBLE. They in no way shape or form tell you there will be an additional deposit for the room AFTER it’s already been paid for. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.

Hotel was better than other places I stayed at during my trip, which were more $$. Room was clean, sheets were very soft, and AC looked new and worked fantastic. Having over sized parking right outside my door/window was very nice. It allowed me to feel secure about parking my truck and cargo trailer.

Clean room
Room was very clean and comfortable. The ad did say that there was breakfast included and there was nothing not even coffee. The page may need to be updated if they aren't going to even have a continental breakfast. Also was charged a $50 deposit that was a first with Hotel.com in the years that I have been using the ap.

You get what you pay for, but in this case it was worse than the price. Bathrooms and sink were disgusting with hair (including pubic hair) and dirt in the floor and sink. My parents asked for more towels one evening because housekeeping hadn’t been in to replace them, and they were told they had to wait until the next morning to get them!! The “breakfast” was cold cereal and toast and something that was supposed to pass for coffee. The pillows were uncomfortable. Parking lot was full of potholes. Our room reeked of smoke. The lady I interacted with was nice and the lobby was clean, but overall very disappointed.
