Lovely heritage building. Parking is 200 metres away. Good location.

There is no parking, otherwise everything else was great.

only two rooms had baths - the entire reason I chose the hotel

Hotel was clean and tidy. All staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Made for a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel. If you like a light and breezy room, this is not the place for you. If you like a warm and cosy room, this hotel will suit you well. Good position too... Easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets.The reception staff were charming. Happy to return.

I was staying in this hotel during the COVID-19 crisis. Nothing was a problem for the staff. I wasn't in quarantine, but they asked if that was why I was there when I came, and it wasn't a problem either way. Like all hotels during this time, they have not been very busy, but the staff were still amazing, friendly, attentive. Nothing was too much bother. The Hotel has not been idle during this downtime either, they have repainted all the walls (not that you' d notice, the place is immaculate!) and the hotel is so pristine, you would happily invite your friends and family. They also do a great coffee, the café does quick and tasty breakfasts, and during long periods of lock-in, they will happily sit and chat. Imagine what they are like in a busy period, when they can be like this on a down period like COVID! You'd be silly to miss this place. Its also only 10 mins slow walk from Chinatown and the rest of the city. 10 Mins walk from the world famous fish-markets and 5 mins from Broadway, a large shopping area. I will be back here, even if its just to drink the coffee.

We really liked our room, it was a corner room and had lots of windows/natural light. Small room but ok for just the two of us 👍
