Excellent hospitality! Everything was fantastic from the greeting, the room, location and restaurant. But what was very impressive was during a very busy morning breakfast (which was fantastic ) the manager took the time to help us procure a ride to the airport that potentially could have been a problem getting to our flight. We highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful ambiance, gorgeous historical property with charming public room. The breakfast was ample and delicious and our room, the Sogno Amaranto was large and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this albergo!

Our junior suite was just amazing. Down to the beautiful chandeliers, the wood beamed ceiling and especially the stunning, centuries old, frescos. The meal we had at the attached restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast we got to custom order. We arranged transport to the cruise ship from there and it was so easy. Ravenna was beautiful and this boutique hotel was the perfect place from which to tour.

Underbart charmigt och vackert hotell med stans bästa läge mittemot den väldigt trevliga saluhallen. Personalen var otrolig och hjälpte oss så mycket. Rekommenderar varmt!

Staff was outstanding and welcoming and the room was ultra quiet and comfortable. Shower was very slippery and bath amenities were minimal, but otherwise a wonderful stay!

We loved the comfortable room and the history of the building. It was in the perfect location with plenty of dining, shops, and landmarks within easy walking distance. The staff was the friendliest we experienced in Europe. Highly recommend.

This hotel is centrally located in the center of the city near San Vitale. The staff was awesome along with the staff in the restaurant/bar. Food at restaurant was excellent. We needed to extend our stay a day and staff was helpful in assisting. Easy walk from the train station. Highly recommend and will certainly return in the future. Gracie Mille!

Excellent customer service from all staff. Staff were helpful with nearby attractions and ensuring breakfast ready each morning. Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff even made sure we had appropriate transportation to cruise pier.

Great room, great breakfast service - basic but very nice staff. Worthy of a 9-10 star rating. However, the bar service at night was disappointing. The servers totally ignored me. I get that I am American and generally unwelcome - but other customers were walking out as well too, but obvious everyday customers were getting good service. I highly recommend staying here - but very annoying none the less.

Recemption desk staff very professional, attentive & accommodating. Resturant food quality, selection & service outstanding. Great location in heart of Ravenna city center. Highly recommend and not compensated at all for this review!

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The only feedback I would give is that either the fan or AC work a little better. Monica was amazing.
