During my stay, the initial information provided about hotel services and policies at check-in was inadequate. A major issue was housekeeping. Although daily cleaning should be standard, I was told rooms wouldn’t be cleaned unless a specific sign was displayed. I’ve never encountered this elsewhere—rooms should be cleaned daily unless a “Do Not Disturb” sign is used.
Unfortunately, for my two-night stay, neither the room was cleaned nor towels replaced. I had to call reception to request clean towels, which is unacceptable given the price.
Breakfast was poor. When I asked for coffee cups, I was told to “get them from the drawer,” which felt unprofessional. Staff overall lacked hospitality.
I also received incorrect information when asking about local activities. On other platforms where I raised concerns, the hotel responded rudely.
Unless you’re fine with low service standards and reusing towels for days, I would recommend this hotel. The service didn’t justify the cost. I won’t be staying that hotel again,
